Connie
Fagan
(Jazz & Lyrical),
Artistic Director of Dance Workshop Ensemble and
Footwork Dance Ensemble, former member of performance
Company Same Planet, Different World, former
member of Rhythm ISS, an all-female tap ensemble,
currently dances with Jay Fagan in Sibling Rivalry.
Katy Wenger
(Tap)
is a graduate of Oklahoma City
University, with a Bachelor of Science American
Dance Pedagogy degree. She has been a Dance Coach
for the Durant Dance Team and the Camp Timberline Sports
& Mountain Adventure Camp; she has also enjoyed many
responsibilities revolving around dance from producing
dance shows, wardrobes, choreography, and teaching all
levels of tap, ballet, and jazz at The School of
Performing Arts, Naperville.
Jessica Hallam
(Ballet)
has a
BFA in Dance – Ballet and Modern emphasis – from
the University of Wisconsin. For the past
several years, she has been in Los Angeles, not only
teaching in various studios, but also working in the
world of television, stage, industrial, print, and music
videos. She is also certified in Pilates in mat and
gyrotronic.
Alicia
Fagan
(Triantafilis),
(poms and modern workshops), has been associated
with the studio for over 20 years, is a graduate of
Columbia College, having majored in Fine
Arts/Dance. In addition to her dance degree, she was
a team member of Sandburg’s EAGLETTES and
Orchesis.
Caitlin Haywood
(Princess Camp)
dance education includes a BFA in Modern and
Jazz Dance from Point Park University,
Dance Masters of America Teacher’s Training, and The
Dance Company in Indianapolis. Her performance
background includes Classical Tap in 3 Movements
(Paul Draper) and Buff Loves Basie Suite (Brenda
Buffalino/Andrea Goodman).
Lauren
Vollinger
(Combo, Ballet, Jazz-Booty-Barre),
begins her 5th year as an instructor, is a 16-year
student of dance, is currently attending DePaul
University and is a member of the DePaul Blue Demons
Dance Team.
Christa Rivera
(Zumba) –
begins her
5th season with the Studio as a certified instructor in
Zumba and celebrates her 17 years of dance studies which
includes a minor in dance degree from Columbia College
in jazz, modern, and hiphop.
“Jai-Tee” Thomas
(HipHop)
is a graduate of Illinois State
University. Beginning his dance career at the age of 14,
he’s been honing his skills in a variety of different
mediums. He was a part of the award winning Crete Monee
Cavalier Show Choir for four years, traveling throughout
the country performing and competing. Jai-tee later
perfected his dance skills by becoming a member of NOIR
Dance Troupe of Illinois State University, the first
dance registered student organization on its campus. In
2008, Jai-tee became NOIR’s first male Master
Choreographer and held the position until his graduation
in May of 2010. Jai-Tee is currently choreographing,
performing and teaching around Chicago and the suburbs. |
