Hip-Hop (adults 20 +) with
Kelly Rowe.
Looking to have the same Hip-Hop fun as the teens, but with
Adults Only and learn the latest? This is the place on Fridays.
PILATES SCULPT
– Tuesdays – 1:00pm – 2:00pm with Ms. Jessica Hallam
– for anyone seeking a non-impact body strengthening workout,
sculpting all major muscle groups while burning fat and
improving posture your posture. A blend of both ballet and
pilates, this class will give you the deep satisfying stretch
your body hungers for relieving any unnecessary aches and pains
(Yoga mat is required).
BEGINNING BALLET
– Wednesdays – 11:30am – 12:30pm with Ms. Christa Rivera
– class will condition and prepare the body to perform all the
basic movements of ballet. Emphasis is placed on building
strength, particularly in the legs and core (also called the
center or abdominals) as a strong core and proper alignment are
needed for dancers to acquire balance, increase flexibility, and
strengthen feet (ballet shoes required)
Both classes are scheduled for
9-weeks; Session III starting Tuesday, January 25 through
Wednesday, March 24; Session IV – April 4 through June 2;
Tuition: $90.00 for one class type; $165.00 for both. (Tuition
is for 9-week period).
